If you would like  the security of knowing we will be able to help in future, then include the below  future dispute clauses in your B2B contracts and T&Cs. If you have a dispute which has already arisen with no Resolver agreement in place, then both parties to the dispute shall have to sign our ongoing dispute agreement below. Please note that you will have to pay the applicable fee within 3 days of submitting the notice.
